How I work

As a Counselling Psychologist, I will make use of evidenced-based treatments in my work with you, whilst also thinking more widely about the contexts you find yourself in, such as your family, workplace and wider communities and society.

Research shows that it is the quality of the therapeutic relationship that is helpful and healing, and this has also been my direct personal and subjective experience. Therefore, I continuously strive to offer you a warm, secure and trusting space in which you can feel free to explore and express your emotions, thoughts, behaviours and relationships. Together, we can make sense of what is going on for you.
