Integrative therapy.

What is integrative therapy?

Integrative therapy is the application of the various therapeutic appraoches in which the therapist has been trained in, which are adapated to suit your needs. This is often done in collaboration with you, the client.

What to expect

I mostly work integratively. This means we will use a combination of the approaches I have been trained in (psychodynamic, humanistic and CBT) in our sessions together. The advantage of this is that we can flexibly adapt our sessions to fit your needs in that moment in time. Ultimately, my aim is to provide you with a secure and consistent space, where you feel free to express your thoughts, feelings, needs and desires.
